Volvo Car Malaysia together with their dealer-partner Ingress Swede Automobile Sdn Bhd have launched the latest Volvo 3S Centre earlier today. Located at the heart of Mutiara Damansara, the newest Volvo showroom aims to strengthen the brand’s foothold in and around the Damansara area.
Present to officiate the new Volvo 3S Centre was the Minister of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs, Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution bin Ismail. Also present during the launch were the senior management from Ingress Corporation Berhad and representatives from Volvo Car Malaysia.
To date, there are already 12 Volvo showrooms located across Malaysia and three more will be opened by the end of the year. These Volvo 3S Centres represent Volvo Car Malaysia’s new transformation strategy in revitalising the brand’s retail presence here in the country that is the Volvo Retail Experience (VRE).
According to Mr Nalin Jain, Managing Director of Volvo Car Malaysia, “In the premium segment, the product is not the sole factor in the consumer’s purchase decision. What’s equally important is the value, quality, and accessibility of services that they can enjoy throughout their journey with the brand.”
