BYD Sisma Auto has further reinforced its presence in the Klang Valley with the grand opening of a new showroom at IPC Shopping Centre in Mutiara Damansara, marking the company’s third outlet in the region. This latest development highlights Sisma Auto’s ongoing efforts to make BYD’s cutting-edge electric vehicles more accessible to Malaysian consumers.
Strategically located on the ground floor of IPC Shopping Centre (units G.29 and G.A29), the showroom is designed to offer a contemporary and inviting environment. Visitors can explore the full range of BYD’s electric vehicles and take advantage of on-site test drive opportunities to experience the brand’s technological innovation and performance first-hand.
To enhance the overall showroom experience, BYD Sisma Auto has collaborated with Espresso Lab to introduce a premium coffee lounge. The lounge serves quality coffee and light snacks, offering customers a relaxed space to enjoy while browsing or waiting.
Complementing the showroom is the BYD Sisma Auto Service Centre in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, which continues to provide comprehensive after-sales support. This modern facility features 16 service bays and is equipped to deliver top-tier maintenance and care, ensuring that each BYD vehicle maintains optimal performance throughout its lifespan.
Adding further convenience, the company offers a premium concierge service that allows customers to have their vehicles collected from or delivered to their homes or offices for servicing—an initiative aimed at streamlining the ownership experience.
According to Syed Khalil bin Syed Ibrahim, Managing Director of the SISMA Auto Group, the expansion reflects a strategic move to reinforce BYD’s position in Malaysia’s fast-growing EV market. He confirmed that the group now operates three BYD outlets across the Klang Valley, including locations in Glenmarie, Petaling Jaya, and now Mutiara Damansara.
The IPC Shopping Centre showroom is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, offering ample time for customers to explore the brand’s latest offerings and experience the future of electric mobility.
