Hyundai owners can now enjoy an enhanced ownership experience with Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors’ (HSDM) new aftersales loyalty programmes – i-Care Plus and a Loyalty Card that offer discounts and freebies.

The Hyundai i-Care Plus programme is for vehicles that are 4 years old or older. For RM20, owners will get 6 discount vouchers which get them a 10% discount on selected parts, and 5% percent discount on labour charges, in addition to two free bottles of engine oil and an oil filter.

Available for a limited time from April 2021, the i-Care Plus vouchers is valid for 35 months from the date of purchase. They can be obtained at any authorized Hyundai service centre in Malaysia.

Exclusive privileges
Those who obtain the Loyalty Card will gain exclusive privileges that include exclusive monthly promotions. For example, during the month of April, there is a 20% discount on KLIMA Fresh and BlueChem products. Other privileges will be birthday month discounts on aftersales services, discounts on Hyundai merchandise and a higher trade-in value for the purchase of another new Hyundai vehicle. Current Hyundai owners can register for their complimentary Loyalty Card at any authorized Hyundai service centre nationwide.

BMW Group Malaysia has introduced the BMW Group Loyalty+ Mobile App, a loyalty mobile application for BMW White Card, MINI Black Card and BMW Excellence Club members to access their privileges on the go. Further enhancing the premium automaker’s customer service experience, the new mobile device loyalty application enables an easier and seamless integration of e-payment, financing services and access to luxury and one of a kind events and experiences.

Our customers make up a good portion of this statistic, and they lead a lifestyle that requires them to have information at their fingertips whenever they need it. With the new BMW Group Loyalty+ Mobile app, we are looking to further digitalise our products, services and touch points so that we can create a seamless application to engage with all our customers. We are after all, the leaders in digitalisation in the premium automotive industry.”

As part of BMW Group Malaysia’s premium ownership experience, BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad owners will now have complete access to all the features their BMW White Card, MINI Black Card and BMW Excellence Club provides within the app. Upon signing in into the app, customers have access to a landing page, with the options to peruse and act on the menu content. There are several functions customers can engage with on the app; such as accessing their loyalty cards and use the QR scanning technology to gain remote access without the need of their loyalty card. The app will also allow for the latest updates on customer privileges and events to be delivered directly to their phone.

Additionally, financing information can be managed quickly and easily through the app and here, customers get a quick access to their contract overview, with an intuitive e-payment interface for more convenient transactions courtesy of BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia.

The BMW Group Loyalty+ Mobile App also includes a dealer locator function where a dealership map is accessible with the swipe on the screen. Customers can also explore new updates and news on the latest vehicle models from the BMW Group. The BMW Group Loyalty+ Mobile App is now available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
