Jetour Malaysia has made a striking entrance into the local SUV market, achieving over 2,000 bookings and delivering more than 1,000 units of its popular Dashing and VT9 models within just three months of commencing local assembly in June 2025.
The brand, which has built a reputation for modern design, advanced technology, and strong value, has quickly positioned itself as a serious contender in Malaysia’s highly competitive SUV segment.
A key driver of this momentum has been the rapid roll-out of Jetour’s nationwide retail and service presence. By August 2025, the network had already grown to 20 authorised dealerships, offering Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Body & Paint facilities across Peninsular Malaysia.
In the Klang Valley, outlets have been established in prime locations such as Bukit Jalil, Klang, Cheras, Sungai Long, Setia Alam, Kepong, Damansara, Puchong, Shah Alam (Glenmarie), Jalan Kuching, and Ampang. The Northern Region is supported by outlets in Ipoh, Penang, and Alor Setar, while Johor Bahru and Melaka serve the Southern market.
Jetour Malaysia stated that the expansion reflects both strong customer trust and enthusiasm towards the brand, while also ensuring accessibility to its products and services nationwide.
Each dealership is designed to provide not just sales but a complete ownership experience. Customers have access to the latest Jetour models, test drive opportunities, and personalised consultations in modern, customer-friendly environments. Many centres are equipped with premium lounges, quality amenities, and dedicated service bays for routine maintenance.
All service personnel are trained and certified by the Jetour Global Academy, ensuring consistent global standards are maintained throughout the network. The company underscored that its customer-first approach is about delivering a premium yet accessible ownership journey that reflects the DNA of its vehicles.
Jetour has also made aftersales support a priority, highlighting that every aspect of its service network is designed to offer owners peace of mind. This includes a 10-year / 1,000,000 km engine warranty, a 7-year / 150,000 km vehicle warranty, and five complimentary services covering both labour and parts.
In addition, genuine spare parts are guaranteed, while nationwide coverage ensures owners remain supported wherever they travel. This approach, Jetour Malaysia stressed, is about keeping customers confidently on the road for years to come.
Looking ahead, the company is targeting 30 dealerships nationwide by the end of 2025. Planned new outlets include Petaling Jaya, Seri Kembangan, Putrajaya, Sunway, Kota Damansara, and a second location in Kepong for the Klang Valley. The Northern Region will see new outlets in Sungai Petani, Bayan Lepas, and an additional outlet in Ipoh, while the Southern Region will expand with Seremban and a second outlet in Melaka.
The East Coast will also be covered with centres in Kuantan, Temerloh, Bentong, and Kota Bharu. Meanwhile, East Malaysia will finally welcome its first Jetour 3S centres in Kuching, Sibu, Miri, Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, and Tawau.
Jetour Malaysia’s rapid progress reflects not only the strength of its SUVs but also a comprehensive strategy combining product quality, customer accessibility, and long-term service assurance. With new models on the horizon, an expanded network, and strategic partnerships to broaden touchpoints, the brand is set to play a significant role in shaping the country’s SUV landscape.
