BMW Malaysia Offers Additional Aftersales Programmes

BMW Group Malaysia has unveiled a new aftersales program aimed at enhancing the Premium Ownership Experience for BMW Premium Selection (BPS) owners in Malaysia. This fresh initiative, known as the BPS Worry-Free Package, introduces extended warranty and service packages for customers.

In addition to the current five-year warranty, the new Extended Warranty Programme (EWP), insured by Allianz General Insurance (Malaysia) Bhd, provides consumers with an additional two-year limited warranty coverage for more peace of mind during their ownership journey. Instead of the conventional one-year warranty package, consumers will have the option to purchase a comprehensive two-year warranty package starting in September 2023.

To preserve the EWP’s validity, customers must service their vehicles only at nearby BMW Authorised Dealerships. Customers can also visit authorised BMW Premium Selection dealerships to view the package pricing by model variant.

Customers can enjoy an additional year of high-quality servicing for their sixth and seventh years of vehicle ownership with the optional BMW Service Inclusive (BSI) package offered by BMW Malaysia. With prices starting at RM 5,300, this package helps customers feel confident that their BMW Certified Used Car will continue to be taken care of by skilled BMW technicians.

Later this year, a new, minimalist website update for the BMW Premium Selection official site will be accessible at https://www.bmwpremiumselection.com.my. In order to further assist clients in their decision-making process, the update will also bring with it new interactive and informative elements, such as details on owning Certified Used BEVs and a dedicated BEV classified.
