Jetour Rolls Out 2026 X90 Pro, Expanding Its Mid-Size SUV Line-Up

Jetour has introduced the 2026 X90 Pro to the Chinese market, adding a fresh contender to its growing family of SUVs. Five variants are on offer, with prices starting at 135,900 yuan (around RM79,226) and topping out at 167,900 yuan (around RM97,881), placing it firmly in the competitive mid-size segment.

The latest X90 Pro carries Jetour’s updated styling direction, dominated by a bold, upright front grille filled with vertical chrome bars that give the SUV a more assertive presence. The body stretches 4,858 mm from nose to tail, stands 1,780 mm tall and measures 1,925 mm across, while its 2,850 mm wheelbase puts it slightly ahead of the Jetour Dashing in size.

The cabin is configured as standard in a 2+2+2 layout, though five- and seven-seat options remain available for buyers who need either extra cargo room or maximum family capacity. In the five-seat and seven-seat arrangements, the luggage area can be expanded to a substantial 1,634 litres, which should please anyone who regularly hauls bulkier items.

The interior introduces a more premium feel, anchored by a 10.25-inch digital instrument panel and a generous 15.6-inch touchscreen handling most vehicle functions. Jetour has equipped the system with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8155 processor to keep things running smoothly, while the car supports remote control via T-BOX, four-zone voice recognition, dual-mode Beidou/GPS positioning and full FOTA updates.

Touches such as a crystal-style gear selector and a suede headliner add a bit of theatre, accompanied by “cloud-comfort” seating with a reclining angle of up to 116 degrees. Heating and ventilation are provided for both the first and second rows, and the driver along with second-row passengers benefit from a 10-point massage function, underscoring the SUV’s comfort-oriented nature.

Jetour offers two turbocharged engines for the new X90 Pro. The more potent choice is the Kunpeng Power 2.0T unit, delivering 251 hp and 390 Nm of torque, while a 1.6-litre turbo producing 194 hp sits beneath it as the more accessible option. Regardless of the engine selected, both are paired with a seven-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox aimed at providing quick and smooth shifts.

With its larger footprint, richly specified interior and a choice of strong powertrains, the 2026 Jetour X90 Pro positions itself as a versatile mid-size SUV designed to appeal to families wanting space without feeling short-changed on comfort or technology.
