Renowned for its unapologetically flamboyant designs and performance enhancements, Mansory has unveiled its latest tuning programme for the new generation hybrid BMW M5. The tuner has tackled the sedan’s dual reputation for speed and substantial weight, introducing a blend of aggressive styling, power upgrades, and subtle weight-saving measures.

Visually, the Mansory-enhanced M5 takes on a much bolder identity. A prominent carbon fibre bonnet with integrated air vents dominates the front, paired with a more pronounced splitter and modified intake trim—all fabricated from carbon fibre to reflect Mansory’s signature material of choice. The front fascia is not only more aggressive but also intentionally dramatic.

The transformation continues along the side profile. Carbon fibre details extend to the side gills, streamlined side skirts, and mirror caps. For added flair, the vehicle features Mansory’s signature fender shields, evoking a Ferrari-esque influence, contributing to a more exotic visual identity.

At the rear, the M5 is reimagined with an oversized diffuser and a centrally mounted triple tailpipe setup, proudly showcasing the upgraded sports exhaust system. Additional aerodynamic elements include a lip spoiler and a roof-mounted spoiler, both enhancing the sedan’s sporty silhouette. Even the rear reflectors have not escaped attention, now framed in carbon fibre trims that resemble ventilation outlets.

In an effort to counter the M5’s significant 2,445 kg curb weight, Mansory has introduced a set of ultra-light 22-inch forged wheels with a multi-spoke design. Although the tuner has yet to provide concrete figures on the weight reduction, the wheels are expected to offer marginal improvements in performance and handling responsiveness.

Under the bonnet, Mansory has left the M5’s electric motor untouched, opting instead to focus on extracting greater output from the 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine. The powerplant now produces a formidable 838hp and 1,150Nm of torque—an increase of 121hp and 150Nm over the standard version. These enhancements are expected to translate into notably sharper acceleration and road presence. The engine bay is completed with a carbon fibre engine cover branded with Mansory’s logo, reinforcing the tuner’s commitment to high-end detailing.

While no updates have yet been confirmed for the chassis or suspension setup, Mansory has hinted at further developments to come, suggesting future upgrades may focus on handling dynamics and ride refinement.

Inside the cabin, Mansory continues its tradition of bold interior makeovers. The reimagined cockpit features a striking black and orange leather upholstery scheme, complemented by bespoke floor mats and sportier pedal covers. The overall theme reflects the tuner’s flair for luxury combined with motorsport-inspired aesthetics.

This latest iteration of the BMW M5, reworked by Mansory, brings with it not only a sharper aesthetic and significant performance gains but also reinforces the appeal of personalised, high-performance vehicles in the electrified era. As with all Mansory creations, exclusivity and presence are guaranteed.

BMW Group Malaysia has officially launched the MY BMW World 2025 showcase, introducing the theme Driven by Legacy, Defined by Progress while unveiling four locally assembled models. Among them is the New BMW X3 xDrive 20 M Sport, marking the latest evolution in the X3’s lineage, which began in 2003. The model continues to exemplify the blend of dynamic handling and long-distance comfort that has long defined the Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV).

The latest X3 arrives with a striking new design, adopting a bold and modern exterior shaped by clean surfaces and sharply defined contours. The SAV’s front fascia features a tall bonnet typical of the model’s muscular stance, now enhanced by a Pearl Chrome kidney grille split into two distinctive elements. This is accentuated by the illuminated BMW Iconic Glow and new LED headlights with L-shaped graphics, further modernising its frontal appearance.

From the side, the X3’s sporty silhouette is expressed through an elongated bonnet, extended wheelbase, and short overhangs. The signature Hofmeister kink is reinterpreted, now rising from the rear side window line for added dynamism. Enhancing its athletic presence are 19-inch M alloy wheels in a Y-spoke 1035 M bicolour finish, framed by re-designed wheel arches that forego the traditional black plastic cladding in favour of a sleeker, forward-leaning design.

At the rear, split LED taillights adopt a distinctive double L-shape, housing the turn indicators neatly between lighting elements. Additional exterior refinements include high-gloss black and satin aluminium accents, body-coloured mirror caps, and a comprehensive exterior mirror package.

Inside, the cabin adopts a minimalist yet premium aesthetic with high-grade materials and advanced technologies. At the heart of the cockpit lies the frameless BMW Curved Display, comprising a 12.3-inch instrument cluster and a 14.9-inch control display subtly angled towards the driver. This setup, coupled with a full-colour Head-Up Display, ensures essential driving data is always within sight. Below, the illuminated BMW Interaction Bar with 15 ambient lighting colour options provides tactile control and visual sophistication.

The interior is further defined by triangular trim inserts extending into the door panels, creating a cohesive wraparound effect. An M leather steering wheel with a flattened bottom section improves ingress and ergonomics, while standard sport seats with electric adjustment and memory function offer both comfort and support.

The centre console houses a wireless charging tray capable of delivering up to 15W output with integrated LED lighting. Upholstery is finished in Veganza perforated and quilted material, available in either Black or Espresso Brown, complemented by Fine-Brushed Aluminium trim. The X3 offers a practical 570 litres of boot space, expandable to 1,700 litres with the rear seats folded.

Powering the New BMW X3 xDrive 20 M Sport is a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine paired with 48-volt mild hybrid technology, delivering a combined output of 190hp and 310Nm of torque. Mated to an eight-speed Steptronic automatic transmission, the vehicle accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 215 km/h. Unlike its predecessor, which featured rear-wheel drive, the new model comes equipped with BMW’s xDrive intelligent all-wheel-drive system as standard, improving traction and stability in diverse driving conditions.

The chassis of the X3 has also received significant upgrades aimed at sharpening driving dynamics and enhancing ride comfort. These include stiffer rear axle bearings, revised stabiliser mounts, and a wider rear track by 45 mm, all contributing to improved handling precision. A more direct steering ratio lends the SAV heightened responsiveness, ensuring confident road manners whether tackling tight corners or uneven terrain.

In terms of safety and driver assistance, the X3 xDrive 20 M Sport comes comprehensively equipped. The standard Driving Assistant Plus suite includes a host of features such as Lane Change Warning with active steering, Front Collision Warning with braking support, Evasion Assistant, and Left Turn Warning with braking function. Also integrated are Rear Collision Prevention, Exit Warning, and Speed Limit Display with pre-warning capabilities.

Active Cruise Control with Stop & Go and the Steering and Lane Control Assistant further ease the burden of long-distance or congested driving. Parking Assistant Plus supports drivers with Park Assist, Reversing Assistant, Remote 3D View, Surround View, BMW Drive Recorder, and anti-theft recording.

Digital innovation is central to the X3’s user experience. It operates on BMW Operating System 9, offering QuickSelect for intuitive interaction via touchscreen, voice command, or the BMW Controller. The fully digital BMW Curved Display supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay in full-screen mode and integrates live widgets and instant access to navigation, media, and settings.

Enhanced connectivity is enabled via BMW Digital Premium, which grants access to music, video, gaming, and news apps through the BMW ConnectedDrive Store. Additional features such as the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant, Apple Siri, and Google Assistant integration provide seamless voice control. Convenience is further bolstered by BMW Digital Key and Digital Key Plus, allowing smartphone or smartwatch access to the vehicle.

Customers can personalise their X3 with a selection of exterior colours including Alpine White, Black Sapphire, Dune Grey, and Tanzanite Blue. All colour options are available with either Black or Espresso Brown Veganza upholstery, ensuring style and comfort across all variants.

The New BMW X3 xDrive 20 M Sport affirms BMW Malaysia’s commitment to combining legacy with innovation, offering a refined and technologically advanced SAV that meets the expectations of today’s discerning drivers.

The price for the X3 20 xDrive M Sport starts from RM349,00. Additionally, the BMW Service & Repair Inclusive (BSRI) programme ensures peace of mind with a 5-year unlimited mileage warranty, along with 5 years / 100,000km of service coverage. For Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs), service coverage extends to 6 years with unlimited mileage, while an 8-year high-voltage battery warranty. With BMW Roadside Assistance, customers can receive 24/7 emergency support – including towing, courtesy cars, and hotel accommodation in the event of an unprecedented emergency.

BMW has officially revealed its latest high-performance compact coupé, the BMW M2 CS, a limited-edition model that represents the pinnacle of driving pleasure both on track and public roads. Production will take place at the BMW Group Plant in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, with a global market rollout scheduled for late summer 2025. Key markets include the United States, Germany, and China. In Germany, the M2 CS is priced at €115,000 (RM553,035).

The M2 CS is based on the second-generation BMW M2 but significantly enhances the car’s dynamic capabilities. Its heart is a reworked 3.0-litre six-cylinder in-line engine featuring M TwinPower Turbo technology. This upgraded powerplant delivers 530hp, 50hp more than the standard M2, matching the output of the BMW M3 Competition Sedan and BMW M4 Competition Coupé with xDrive. Torque has also been increased to 650Nm, available between 2,650 and 5,730 rpm. The engine revs to 7,200 rpm and delivers peak power at 6,250 rpm.

The power is transmitted to the rear wheels via an eight-speed M Steptronic transmission with Drivelogic, which allows the driver to adjust shift characteristics using three settings. Gear changes can also be manually controlled through the steering wheel-mounted paddles or the newly styled M selector lever.

Performance metrics place the M2 CS among the fastest in its segment. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds, and to 200 km/h in 11.7 seconds. A figure of 3.5 seconds to 100 km/h is achievable using the 1-foot rollout method. Mid-range acceleration from 80 to 120 km/h takes only 3.4 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited to 302 km/h, courtesy of the standard M Driver’s Package.

Weight has been reduced by approximately 30kg compared to the regular M2, thanks to the strategic use of lightweight materials such as carbon-fibre-reinforced plastic (CFRP). Components, including the roof, boot lid, front splitter, rear diffuser, and centre console, are crafted from CFRP, enhancing both performance and aesthetics. Forged M light-alloy wheels come as standard, with track tyres fitted—19 inches at the front and 20 inches at the rear. Buyers can opt for either ultra-track or sport tyres at no extra cost.

The M2 CS is equipped with a model-specific engine mount offering higher stiffness, resulting in better throttle response and more direct power delivery. The M-specific cooling system ensures optimal thermal performance during spirited driving, and the dry-sump oiling system guarantees consistent lubrication even under extreme G-forces.

To complement the powertrain, BMW M has overhauled the chassis. The adaptive M suspension features bespoke tuning for springs, dampers, and electronic control systems, with the ride height lowered by eight millimetres. The M Servotronic steering and M Sport differential have also been calibrated specifically for the CS model. Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and M Dynamic Mode have been refined to optimise the car’s capabilities on track.

Braking is handled by the standard M Compound system with red callipers, while an M Carbon ceramic setup is available as an option. The CS rides on exclusive forged M wheels in a striking Gold Bronze finish. These not only reduce unsprung weight but also contribute to the car’s distinctive appearance.

The exterior design is aggressive and purposeful. In addition to the CFRP elements, the M2 CS features a unique black M kidney grille, black front splitter, and an exposed carbon-fibre roof. The rear is distinguished by a ducktail-style spoiler and quad matt-black exhaust tips. Available exterior colours include Sapphire Black metallic, BMW Individual Velvet Blue metallic, M Brooklyn Grey metallic, and M Portimao Blue metallic. Standard adaptive LED headlights with BMW Selective Beam and M Shadowline detailing add to the visual drama.

Inside, the cockpit continues the theme of motorsport-inspired design. Heated M Carbon bucket seats with Merino leather upholstery offer extensive electric adjustments and integrate removable head restraints to accommodate multi-point harnesses. The centre console is made from CFRP, while the M Alcantara steering wheel—featuring a flat-bottom rim, red centre marker, and M buttons—enhances the racing ambience.

Interior details specific to the CS model include red-accented “CS” logos on the seats, centre console, and illuminated door sills. M seatbelts, ambient lighting with customisable colours, and an M Anthracite headliner complete the premium, performance-focused cabin.

The digital experience is powered by BMW Operating System 8.5. A fully digital BMW Curved Display comprises a 12.3-inch information cluster and a 14.9-inch control screen. The BMW Live Cockpit Professional is standard and includes BMW Maps navigation, a head-up display, augmented view, and smartphone integration via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Dual-zone climate control, keyless entry, and a Harman Kardon sound system are also part of the standard equipment.

For those seeking an even more visceral soundtrack, BMW offers an optional M Performance titanium exhaust system with carbon-fibre tailpipes. Designed specifically for the CS, it delivers an authentic racing note, complemented by an Active Sound Design feature that enhances interior acoustics based on selected drive modes.

In summary, the new BMW M2 CS stands as the ultimate expression of the compact M car formula. With a blend of cutting-edge performance, reduced weight, and high-end features, it promises to set a new benchmark in the segment for driving purists and track-day enthusiasts alike.
